This is a really old Roly Poly Sailor Duck! I had the Duck looked at a few years ago we were told this was a USSR however the Made in China is throwing me off. The appraiser said this is the best condition he has seen one of these in & then offered to buy him I was leery of the $60 offer & said we are keeping him! He makes a beautiful chime bell noise when moved or shaken over. I do know he is over 30 + years old & is Celluloid he is very rare & highly sought after by the right person! I did take ALL pictures outside so you could see the best quality of pictures. He has some scratches & marks that is normal for his age. We are raising funds for my Daughter in college he is a family passed down. Im confused about the USSR part? I will pay for shipping USPS Priority with Insurance. I will add plenty of extra insurance & pack him well! As always thank you for looking
