The M24512-DRE is a 512-Kbit serial EEPROM device, operating up to 105°C, and adheres to AEC-Q100 grade 2 reliability standards. It features a simple, high-speed I2C interface, advanced EEPROM technology, and byte-alterable memory organized into 512 pages of 128 bytes each. An embedded Error Correction Code enhances data integrity. It includes an Identification Page for device identification and sensitive parameter storage, which can be locked in read-only mode.
