Traditionally a yoga method, daily neti or 'nasal cleansing' will relieve and prevent a congested nose, hayfever and sinusitis, or to relieve a 'heavy head' and bring a clearer mind to the user. Note: Only use distilled, sterile or previously boiled water to make your neti irrigation solution. Tap water is not suitable for use with Neti. Rinse your neti pot after each use and leave open to air dry.
